Kathy Armstrong: I believe we are defined by our actions. I am detail oriented, have boundless energy, and can multi-task with the best of them. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University with a degree in Physical Therapy. I have always had a passion for real estate, home construction and renovations and in 2000 obtained my real estate brokers license in Ohio launching a successful real estate career. Through both careers, I have developed effectiveness, accountability, thoroughness, trust and compassion. Often a real estate purchase/sale can trigger apprehension and can be a complex event. Purchasing or selling real estate often encompasses real emotional, mental and social dimensions that a skilled real estate professional can successfully navigate with you. As an active investor myself in both residential and commercial properties in Salida, I can tell you first hand that opportunities abound. Often, as realtors, we get the first and best looks at new properties that come on the market. I’m at my best when I am acting as the eyes and ears for my clients who have entrusted me with their ‘wish list’ for just the right property. I currently represent Chaffee County as a foundation board member for Starpoint. Starpoint provides essential services for children and adults with cognitive and physical challenges. I invite you to call me for a confidential consultation about how I can work for you.
